When will I see my images?

Your first password protected gallery will be available in 5-10 business days after our session. During peak season (e.g. fall season), the turnaround time may vary by a few more days or so. These are not final images. This is what call "the general retouched photos", only has lighting and color enhancement. Then the client needs to choose the favorite photos in the gallery for the 2nd round of editing, which is the "fine editing". And the fine editing process takes about 10-15 business days. 

 

 

What if I want my images sooner?

Rush orders in less than two weeks will cost an additional 25% of the order price.

Once your order is placed, your images will be polished and retouched before being delivered electronically or by postal service. USB flash drive and/or print products will be shipped or be available to be picked up 1 – 2 weeks from the date ordered; canvas and framed art will take 3 – 5 weeks from the date ordered.

 

 

 

The editing process:

1. Photo session shooting

2. Eliminated technically weak images
    (such as blinked eyes, blurred faces, duplicates etc.)

3. First round of photo editing, general retouched photos are done. (Only lighting and color enhancement for this step)

4. First password protected online gallery will be sent out to the client.

5. Clients choose their favorites images in the gallery according to the digital package they pre-purchased and instruction in the email. 

6. Second round of editing, fine editing process will begin after the system notifies us the final selection from our client.

7. Last password protected online gallery will be sent to the client for final proof. Some touch up/cosmetic work will be done to the final
    images according to the client's preference.

 
8. All digital files will be delivered to the client through Google Drive upon agreement.
