*Portrait photo sessions are limited to 5 people in a group; and high school senior photos are included in portrait session at no extra charge.

- 30 min session time

- One outfit change and 2 backgrounds if in studio
Maternity + Newborn Combo Session: $650, includes
- 30 min maternity photo session (either outdoor/indoor studio), with
5 fine editing images + all simple editing photos;
- Newborn photo session in studio (averagely 1-3 hours), with 25 fine
editing images + all simple editing photos.
***If maternity photo session is not wanted, newborn session alone is $600.
Business Headshot: $70, includes
- 20 min photo shoot in studio;
- 3 fine editing images;
- all simple edited photos.
*** A la Carte price: $20/fine editing photos for all portrait sessions if you want more than what the package includes.
Event Photography: $200/hour (minimum of 2 hours) with all photos delivered.
YES! Wedding photography is priced the same but we only do
small weddings (less than 100 guests, and 5 hours maximum).
Real Estate Photography: $ 150 (for houses under 2500 sqft), includes

We are dedicated to capturing soul-touching and heirloom images that will help your family to freeze all precious memories with very affordable price. Here is our work flow:
1. After your session is done, you will receive your 1st online gallery within 1 week with simple editing photos (only color and lighting enhancement);
2. Then you decide how many photos you want us to continue to work on then choose your favorites in the system with email instruction;
3. After you're done selecting, we will work on the second round--the fine editing. Photos will look great after this process!!
4. ALL photos (simple edits + fine editing photos) will be delivered to you through a download link after your approval of the work.
The currency of this price is charged in US Dollars.

Refund/Cancellation policy:
1. Session fee is to cover photographer's time, talent, and effort put into client's photo session and it's also served as the deposit to secure client's spot. So this is not refundable after finishing the shooting session.
2. If client has to cancel the scheduled photo shooting session with appropriate reason, 2 weeks ahead of time notice is required.
3. The retainer fee will be fully refunded to client if any irresistible situation happens and the photographer can't make it to the photo shooting session.
4. Client will review all photos before making purchase. After making the decision to buy which means 100% satisfaction is given to the photographer. It is a service not product sale, so it will be non-refundable after purchase.
