- What are your hours?

Our photography service is appointment based. We do have evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Please leave a message on the website to check our service hours, or reach out to 816-730-1990 (either text or phone call) for your questions.
- Where are you located?

Our indoor studio is located in Republic, MO, about 15 minutes' drive from Springfield MO. But we do travel around to do outdoor photo session or at any venue that our clients pick. We don't charge any travelling fee for places that's within 20 mile range from the zip code 65738.
- Do you accept reservations?

Yes! Especially for spring and fall, these are the peak seasons for photo sessions, we do encourage our clients to book their photo sessions at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your spot! Please go to the Scheduler part on the website to make your reservation, thank you!
- What payment options do you accept?

We accept all kinds of payment methods, such as cash, online mobile payment (Zelle/Paypal/Venmo/Cash App), check, email invoice, and debit/credit cards (Visa/Master/American Express, Discover). But for all credit card payment, including email invoice paid by credit/debit cards, there'll be a 3.75% processing fee added to the client's end.
- How long is the typical wait?

After the photo shoot, you will get your 1st online gallery/proof within 3 business days. If it's a less than 2 hours portrait session, you need to pick your photos for fine editing, then wait for the final images, and this process takes 3-7 business days depends on how fast our client picks their photos. Most clients get all their photos back about 1-2 weeks after their photo session.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes! All booked photo sessions need a 48-hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling.
